I am happiest when I am with friends and family (especially my two girls) or traveling.

What he wanted to be when he grew up…

I always wanted to be a “Business Man”, even though I wasn’t exactly sure what it meant. In fact, my brother and I even played “business” which involved us looking out the bedroom window into the backyard while talking on our toy phones and signing papers.

Matt is a seasoned professional, partner, and mentor to business professionals in all aspects of strategic and financial management. He has provided companies with opportunities and flexibility to meet and often exceed operational goals. After graduating from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin; he worked for large companies including Accenture, Duke Energy Field Services, KPMG before leaving and co-founding his own company.  Now Matt focuses on working with smaller companies that are in growth mode.  He enjoys being able to work in a family environment that these companies often have and loves the challenges of growth.

Now at Advantage Benefit Solutions since the fall of 2017, he manages the financials of the business. The dedication Advantage has toward their clients is what makes him truly proud to be part of this family.
