Mark has over 40 years of experience in the design, communication, compliance and administration of employee benefit plans for startups, acquisitions and large middle market companies. Mark is experienced in the complexity of human capital management. His competencies in health and welfare, retirement planning and regulatory requirements brings unmatched strategic, consultative solutions directly to your business.

He stays current with business issues and training through his membership in the Vistage International CEO organization and meeting and working with local business leaders. He is a frequent speaker at executive leadership and training events.

Before founding Advantage Benefit Solutions in 1982, Mark was a sales Senior Account Executive and Sales Manager at John Hancock in Houston, Texas. In 1980, he was responsible for developing a full-service employee benefit solution that provided a complete human resource back office, assisting small, medium and large sized businesses.
