Alexandra Baker, Chief Operating Officer at Advantage Benefit Solutions, is responsible for all revenue related functions and tasked with integrating and aligning all departments with the primary objective to improve client experience and company growth.

Alexandra joined Advantage Benefit Solutions in 2018 because of their mission to help companies accelerate success. She brings over 10 years of experience in human resources, benefits consulting and business strategy. Spending over a decade working closely with business owners has given her the incredible opportunity to observe and learn from their successes as well as failures. She brings that experience coupled with her problem-solving abilities and persistence to the office every day.

Alexandra attended Arizona State University where she studied Philosophy. She stays focused on personal growth and development through her membership in Vistage and seat on the Advisory Board for HBU’s College of Engineering.

In her spare time, you might find Alexandra chasing after her 5-year-old son or chowing down at one of her favorite local restaurants.
