The City’s benefits expense was consistently increasing, averaging 8% to 22% every year. Still, benefits for the city’s workers lacked basic functionality, leading to both redundancies in claims and frustrated employees.


By conducting intensive research and working with the city directly, we were able to establish a significant savings on the fixed costs incurred by the city.


Savings are currently estimated at $800K over just 3 years, meanwhile the city has dramatically improved communication with its employees, resulting in higher employee satisfaction as well.
