When we meet with small and middle market companies, they tell us that they are frustrated with rising health insurance premiums, and that their employees are dissatisfied because of higher and higher deductibles, co-pays and out of pocket expenses, but the insurance industry doesn’t offer them any new choices. Even more interesting is that very few of these companies have a plan for changing this situation and wait for their advisor to deliver their renewal and hope that things improve. The plan is designed by going through our 4-step Blueprint process. The Blueprint is a document built to deliver the client’s specific, desired results.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our Sales team. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the dissemination of information to all company outlets.
  • The coordinator will learn Advantage’s unique value propositions and create articles to be posted on social media, our website, and forwarded to our marketing company to be added to our landing page.

  • Promote monthly webinars through e-marketing campaigns.

  • Use intent marketing to identify prospective clients in our target market. Provide weekly reports to Alexandra Baker, CRO and Mark Stefanick, CEO.

  • Manage and coordinate all Upwork projects.

  • Post pictures of company events on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will:

Manage our events including vendors, budget and location.

Coordinate with our partners to set up events and maximize turnout.

Manage invitations and correspondence to all potential attendees.

Compensation

This is a contract position that may convert to a full-time salaried position offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
